We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive - Product Operations to join our on-site team in IT Park, Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day product operations, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring smooth execution of both tactical tasks and strategic projects. This role demands strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all product-related project needs are met and tasks are completed as planned and on schedule.
- Support execution of strategic projects by coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
- Organize and facilitate meetings; prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including product plans, status reports,
and operational records.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with internal standards and requirements. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and support.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
