Chief Business Officer (CBO) – Wealth Management

Job Summary

As the Chief Business Officer (CBO), you will be responsible for driving the overall business growth, revenue strategy, and expansion of Mehta Wealth's Wealth Management business. You will lead the sales and relationship management teams, build strategic partnerships, strengthen the firm's market presence, and drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth across all wealth products.

This is a senior leadership role requiring robust business acumen, team leadership, strategic thinking, and deep expertise in wealth management. You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to achieve the company's long-term vision while ensuring exceptional client experience and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute the company's overall business growth strategy for Wealth Management.

2. Lead the acquisition, retention, and expansion of HNI and UHNI client relationships across regions.

3. Drive revenue, AUM, and profitability targets through strategic sales initiatives.

Build and lead high-performing teams of Wealth Managers and Business Development professionals.

5. Design and implement scalable business development, client acquisition, and referral strategies.

6. Establish strategic alliances with AMCs, PMS, AIF providers.

7. Monitor sales performance, business KPIs, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

8. Collaborate with Product, Research, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams to deliver superior client solutions.

9. Travel across different regions to meet clients, strengthen business relationships, support branch expansion, conduct team reviews, and represent the company at business meetings, events, and industry forums.

10. Drive a culture of performance, accountability, client-centricity, and continuous learning across the business.
