* Handle enquiry calls, walk-ins, and student queries.
* Manage CRM entries and ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* Experience in Student Counselling or Inside Sales preferred.
* Experience in the Study Abroad segment will be an added advantage.
