? About the Role

We're looking for a energetic
Talent Acquisition Consultant
with hands-on experience in
Domestic IT Recruitment.
If you have a strong sourcing mindset, enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, and can manage end-to-end hiring, we'd love to hear from you

? Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle (Sourcing to Onboarding)

✔ Understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies

✔ Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels

✔ Screen profiles and coordinate interviews with stakeholders

✔ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

✔ Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process





✔ Manage offer negotiations and onboarding follow-ups

✔ Track and report recruitment metrics

? What We're Looking For

✅ 2+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment

✅ Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies

✅ Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

✅ Experience in a consultancy or staffing firm is an added advantage
