About the Role

We are looking for a
Legal AI Agent Builder
who is passionate about building
Agentic AI solutions from scratch
for enterprise legal operations. This is a highly technical role for an experienced AI Engineer with robust coding skills and hands-on expertise in
Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, and workflow automation
.

The ideal candidate has designed and deployed production-ready AI agents that automate legal workflows such as contract review, clause extraction, legal research, compliance monitoring, contract lifecycle management, and document intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents from scratch for legal and contract management use cases.
- Build autonomous AI workflows using modern Agentic AI frameworks.
- Develop AI-powered solutions for contract review, clause extraction, redlining,



legal document analysis, and compliance.
- Integrate AI agents with
DocuSign CLM, DocuSign IAM, Microsoft Word
, and enterprise applications.
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using legal knowledge bases and document repositories.
- Develop secure APIs and scalable backend services supporting AI agents.
- Optimize prompts, reasoning workflows, memory, tool calling, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, auditable, and production-ready.
- Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.

Required Skills
- 5–6 years of software development experience with strong coding expertise.
- Hands-on experience building
Agentic AI applications from scratch
.
- Strong experience with
Generative AI
and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in
Python
.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as:
- LangGraph
- LangChain
- CrewAI
