ROLE DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a Junior HR Executive (0-2 years) who is passionate about creating a great place to work. You'll support recruiting, onboarding, and people operations at a growing creative agency where every hire matters.

COMPENSATION

Compensation:

0-2 Years of Work Experience - INR 2.4L p.a. or 20K / Month In-Hand

2-4 Years of Work Experience - INR 3L p.a. or 25K / Month In-Hand

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (a.k.a. Your Daily Toast)




- Managing end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level roles
- Owning the onboarding process -- documentation, system access, first-week experience
- Maintaining HR records, leave management, and compliance documentation
- Supporting employee engagement, culture initiatives, and team events
- Using AI tools to write JDs, draft policies, and automate HR workflows
- Being the first point of contact for employee queries and HR admin

AI TOOLS WE USE

ChatGPT / Claude - JD writing, policy documentation, and communication drafts

Notion AI - knowledge base, policy management, and HR documentation

GreenhouseHR / Lever - applicant tracking and recruiting workflows

Loom - async onboarding walkthroughs and team communication

Zapier / Make - HR workflow automation and onboarding triggers

This is an In Person, On-Site Role based out of Ahmedabad.
