About the Role

GATI is seeking an experienced
Program Manager – Private Sector Engagement (Maharashtra)
to lead industry partnerships and employer engagement across Maharashtra. The Program Manager will be responsible for building and managing relationships with companies, industry associations,



employers, chambers of commerce, sector bodies, and ecosystem partners to expand participation in GATI's workforce mobility initiatives. The role will focus on catalyzing private sector participation, identifying strategic partnerships, supporting program implementation, and creating sustainable employer pipelines for international workforce mobility.

This is a highly external-facing role requiring exceptional relationship management, business development, and program execution skills. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, comfortable engaging CXOs and senior leadership, and thrives in a rapid-paced environment where stakeholder management and execution go hand in hand.
