Sales Manager Industrial Equipment / Material Handling (MHE)

Role Purpose:The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct B2B sales of industrial and material handling equipment to manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and corporate customers. The role requires solid consultative selling capability, deep understanding of industrial buying behavior, and the ability to manage long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:
- Drive new business acquisition and account expansion in assigned territory or key accounts.
- Sell industrial equipment and MHE solutions (IC forklifts, electric forklifts, warehouse equipment,



automation-ready solutions).
- Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with company revenue targets.
- Identify customer pain points and position value-based solutions rather than product-only offerings.
- Manage complete sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, technical discussions, commercial negotiations, and order closure.

Key Account & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with plant heads, SCM leaders, warehouse managers, procurement heads, and CXOs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on productivity, safety, TCO, and lifecycle cost optimization.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business through structured follow-ups and coordination with service teams.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy
- Track competitor activity (Linde, Jungheinrich, BYD,Toyota, Hyundai, Yale, etc.).
- Gather market intelligence on pricing, product positioning, and
