The Product Line, ISEAM organization plays a decisive role in defining the right offers by translating market trends, customer needs and business opportunities into competitive products and solutions. It is responsible for strengthening the competitiveness, profitability and relevance of SKF s product portfolio across diverse industrial applications.
We are looking to identify suitable candidates for the role of Product Manager Industrial Grease, dedicated to the ISEAM business. The role will be responsible for driving the profitable growth of the Industrial Grease portfolio in ISEAM through clear product strategy, portfolio development, localization, sourcing and go-to-market execution, in close alignment with regional and global teams.
Key Purpose of the Job
To drive profitable growth of the Industrial Grease business in ISEAM by developing and executing product, portfolio, sourcing and go-to-market strategies aligned with ISEAM growth priorities, regional objectives and global product line direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Industrial Grease product line strategy for ISEAM, aligned with market opportunities, industry segment priorities, profitability objectives and overall, ISEAM growth strategy.
- Build and manage a explicit product roadmap covering portfolio development, new product introductions, product enhancements, lifecycle management and end-of-life planning.
- Define and strengthen the Industrial Grease portfolio for ISEAM by identifying gaps, prioritizing offers, optimizing assortment and improving product line competitiveness across target segments and channels.
