We are seeking a results-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead our most ambitious AI initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring that our cutting-edge innovations translate into impactful business solutions. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and our technical data science and engineering teams, driving projects from conceptualization to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & AI Lifecycle Management: Define project scope and manage AI-specific milestones, including data preparation, model training/evaluation, and production deployment.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between data scientists, backend engineers, and product owners to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, translating complex AI technicalities into explicit progress reports and strategic updates for leadership.

Budget & Risk Management:



Identify potential technical hurdles or data dependencies early; manage project budgets and develop mitigation strategies for non-deterministic AI outcomes. Required Technical Skills

Project Management Frameworks: Expert proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

AI/ML Concepts: Strong conceptual understanding of LLM lifecycles, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and data engineering requirements.

Technical Familiarity: Ability to navigate Python-based environments and understand API documentation (e.g., FastAPI) to better manage developer timelines.
