What You'll Do

This position is part of the Global Cost Sharing Team. We enable consistent and transparent allocation of costs across the firm,



to facilitate better decision-making and financial clarity. We lead the design, execution, and evolution of BCG’s global cost sharing model. Working closely with both global and regional stakeholders, we align on methodologies, deliver insight through planning and actuals, and continuously enhance policies, processes, and systems.

You will manage the oversight and continuous improvement of BCG’s global cost sharing mechanisms, including allocations and internal local cost sharing (ILCS). This role sits at the center of a complex, global finance landscape - ensuring transparency, consistency, and alignment.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of global cost sharing processes across both planning and actuals
- Lead rate setting and allocation methodologies, working closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure fairness and alignment
- Drive actuals reporting and variance analysis, translating outputs into cle
