About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, and vendor relationships.
- Control food costs, labor costs, and operating expenses.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
- Schedule employee shifts and manage attendance.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and local regulations.




- Work with the kitchen team to improve service and efficiency.

Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and cost control.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Experience opening or managing high-volume restaurants is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
