Serving clients across India, Dubai, Hong Kong, Antwerp, and NYC. We're handing the next chapter of it to one person. You'll rebuild how it grows with AI at the center of every decision, not bolted on at the end. You'll report directly to the leadership team: no committee, no six layers of sign-off between your call and its shipping. You're not inheriting a blank slate or a broken product. You're inheriting a working one with real room to run. Your job is to find where the growth is, build the roadmap that gets there, and make the trade-off calls yourself: what ships, what waits, what gets killed.

Every feature decision runs through one question: could AI make this faster, smarter, or unnecessary? You'll evaluate and ship real AI use cases across the platform, and use AI-native tools (Claude Code, Cursor, and whatever comes next) as part of how you build, not as a slide in a strategy deck.
