Job Description:
We are seeking agile individuals to join our Field Research team in Thane/Navi Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include conducting comprehensive market research, gathering data regarding various properties, assessing market trends, and collecting valuable insights to enhance our real estate offerings. Candidates will be required to engage with potential clients, property owners, and other stakeholders to establish rapport and gather qualitative and quantitative data. The role demands a proactive approach to collection and analysis of data in the field to support our strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys and interviews to collect property-related data.
- Analyze and interpret market trends and consumer behavior in the real estate sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align research findings with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of research findings.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on collected data to inform decision-making processes.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
