Role Description
The Operations Manager role at Udyogo is a full time, on-site position based in the Pune District. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficient setup, process execution, and performance monitoring for client enterprises. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams,



implementing standard operating procedures, tracking operational metrics, and resolving issues that impact service quality or client satisfaction.
