Roles and Responsibility
- Attend calls related to Rational Oven installation, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct site surveys and inspections to identify potential problems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to improve field service efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Solid understanding of construction and engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with cement, steel, or iron industry operations is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
