Job Title: Reltio MDM Developer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Reltio MDM Developer to design, develop, and maintain our Master Data Management (MDM) platform, with a specific focus on the Customer and Product domains. In this role, you will be the technical expert responsible for configuring data models, match/merge rules, and integration pipelines to ensure high-quality, unified master data across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

MDM Configuration:
Design and configure Reltio data models, survivorship rules, match/merge strategies, and UI layouts specifically for Customer and Product data.

Integration & ETL:
Develop and maintain real-time and batch data integrations using Reltio Integration Cloud (RIC), APIs (REST/JSON), and ETL tools to ingest and syndicate data.

Data Quality & Governance:
Implement data cleansing, validation rules, and workflow processes to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Performance Tuning:
Optimize Reltio performance, including match rule tuning, indexing, and large-scale data loading.





Collaboration:
Partner with data architects, business analysts, and data stewards to translate business requirements into technical MDM solutions.

Required Skills
- At least 8+ years of hands-on experience developing with the Reltio MDM platform.
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record implementing Customer Master (B2B/B2C) and Product Master data domains.
- Strong proficiency with Reltio JSON configurations (L3 configurations, match rules).
- Solid experience with REST APIs, JSON, and Java or Python.
- Experience with cloud data ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and queues (SQS, Kafka).
- Problem Solving: Solid analytical skills to troubleshoot complex data matching and integration issues.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
