Position Summary

Bansal Wire Industries Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive – Human Resources to join its Dadri Plant. The ideal candidate should possess solid HR Business Partner (HRBP) capabilities and hands-on experience in managing the complete employee lifecycle for staff-level employees in a manufacturing environment.

Educational Qualification

----

MBA in Human Resources (MBA-HR) or Master of Social Work (Specialization: HR) with First Division throughout the academic career.

Additional certifications in HR Analytics, Performance Management, or Labour Laws will be an added advantage.

Experience

----

3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience.

Preference will be given to candidates from Manufacturing, Engineering, Automobile, FMCG, FMCD, or Process Industries.

Proven experience of working as a Junior HRBP supporting business functions and partnering with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities





----

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including employee induction, orientation, and joining formalities.

Coordinate and ensure timely completion of Job Description (JD) and Key Result Area (KRA) sign-offs for all staff employees.

Drive the employee confirmation process, including probation reviews and confirmation documentation.

Facilitate Mid-Term Reviews, KRA Reviews, and Annual Performance Management System (PMS) cycles.

Ensure Bell Curve adherence and support business leaders in performance calibration discussions.

Prepare and issue Annual Increment Letters and related HR documentation.

Plan and execute Employee Engagement Initiatives, Fun at Work activities, and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) to enhance employee morale and workplace culture.

Support HR compliance activities, including ISO documentation, audit preparation, and closure of audit observations.
