Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Interior Designer role based in Gurugram, with compensation up to 5 LPA. The Senior Interior Designer will lead the end-to-end design process for residential projects, from conceptualization and space planning through detailed drawings and on-site coordination.
Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients to understand requirements, developing design concepts and mood boards, preparing layouts and 3D visualizations, and selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E.; The role involves creating and reviewing construction drawings, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring timely project execution within budget and quality standards. The Senior Interior Designer will also guide junior designers, maintain project documentation, and uphold brand design guidelines while delivering a high-quality client experience.
