Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment for assigned position
- Source candidates through through different recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support onboarding and joining formalities
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring requirement
- Conduct job fair and placement drives
- Conduct training programmes and exit interviews
- Training and development.

Skills Require
- MBA in HR/PGDM with minimum 10 years in recruitment
- Understanding of all HR activities
- Good knowledge of head hunting technique
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and command over English.
- Proficiency in computers.
- Recruitment experience across different vertical
- Assessing candidate quality and dissolving hiring challenges effectively
- Experience in training and development.
- Knowledge of Malayalam is mandator
