Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Kangra. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct client meetings, and present product or service offerings to prospective customers. Daily activities include managing a sales pipeline, following up on leads, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms to close deals. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, gathering feedback, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.



The Sales Executive will be expected to meet defined sales targets, prepare regular reports, and contribute to local market strategies.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in sales prospecting, lead generation, and conversion, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the capacity to explain solutions clearly and respond to client needs effectively.
- Proficiency in basic business tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize tasks to meet targets.
- Comfort working on-site in Kangra, including conducting in-person client visits and representing the company in local market activities.
