Job Opening: Sales Officer.
Location: Surat,Gujarat.
Industry:- FMCG (Food -Industry)
Job Type: Full time
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
Salary: 18k to 25k (Depends on interview)

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales targets and expand distributor/retailer network.

2. Manage distributors, monitor ROI, collections, and trade promotions.

3. Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Executives.

4. Track competitor activities and provide market insights.

5. Coordinate with Supply Chain & Marketing for product availability and visibility.

Requirements:

1. Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).

2. 1–4 years of FMCG sales experience.

3. Strong knowledge of Surat, Gujarat part of the state markets.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

5. Willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
