Job Description:
- Solid experience as BIM Modeler on Revit MEP specially HVAC (Plumbing and Electrical is added Advantage).
- Experience working on Projects in modelling and detailing of High-Rise Building projects, Hospital, Industrial and Infrastructure or retail Projects.
- Experience in modelling and detailing of residential, commercial, retail and hospitality sectors, using latest design methodology.
- Should have knowledge of American/Australian/ Middle East Codes/British Codes/ European Codes.
- Should be knowledgeable in building design services, associated regulations, and technical standards.
- Good attention to details.
- Confident with the ability to work either independently or as part of a team.
- Must be a team player and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Enthusiastic and Self-motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned 3D Revit modelling tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Develop MEP BIM Model
- Experience in doing 3D coordination on Revit.
- Preparation of MEP shop drawing and 2D MEP Coordination drawings.
- Preparation of Revit based family, should follow the project BIM Standards, Understanding of BIM Template, and processes.
- Preparing Schematic diagrams
- Accuracy & precision of work.
- Perform QA/QC of the work carried out as per company/client standards and process
Education
Diploma or Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering
Skills
- Experience in US, UK, Australia & UAE projects (preferred).
- Ability to work as part of a team of MEP Revit Modelers and detailers.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of calculations in HAP, IES, HevaComp, McQuay Duct sizer etc. is an added advantage.
- Software skills in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD etc.
