About the Role

Spazay Interiors is a premium interior design and renovation company on a mission to make home design simpler, smoother, and more joyful.

We are looking for a passionate and client-focused Interior Designer – Sales who combines strong design capabilities with exceptional sales and communication skills. This is a client-facing role where you will guide homeowners through their interior design journey—from understanding their requirements and creating functional design solutions to converting leads into successful projects.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with premium residential interior design firms and possess a strong understanding of residential interiors, space planning, materials, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Sales

* Meet prospective clients to understand their lifestyle, design preferences, functional requirements, and budget.

* Build solid relationships with homeowners, HNIs, and NRIs through a consultative sales approach.

* Conduct design consultations and present layouts,



concepts, mood boards, and material recommendations confidently.

* Prepare project estimates, BOQs, commercial proposals, and quotations.

* Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects while achieving individual sales targets.

* Handle negotiations professionally while maintaining project profitability.

* Ensure a seamless and premium client experience from first consultation through project handover.

* Coordinate with internal design, execution, and project management teams to deliver projects successfully.

Interior Design Responsibilities

* Develop practical, functional, and aesthetically appealing space plans based on client requirements.

* Prepare detailed furniture layouts, electrical layouts, ceiling layouts, and interior elevations.

* Create design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes aligned with the client’s lifestyle and budget.
