Role Description
The Founder Office role at Barket is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role supports the founders in day-to-day strategic and operational activities, including planning events, coordinating logistics, and managing communication with partners, volunteers, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include preparing presentations and reports, conducting market and stakeholder research, tracking key metrics, and ensuring smooth execution of initiatives across functions.
The role will also involve handling administrative tasks, maintaining documentation, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and grow Barket’s impact. The person in this role will work closely with the founders, gaining exposure to decision-making and contributing to long-term organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Robust organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination, report writing, and presentations.
- Analytical and research abilities to support strategy, planning, and performance tracking.
