Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees the analysis of complex datasets and the development of AI models to identify key trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making and business performance.
- Directs the development and implementation of productive data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance with governance standards.
- Drives the deployment of machine learning models in production environments, ensuring adherence to best practices for security, scalability, and model explainability, and oversee ongoing monitoring and maintenance activities.
- Manages data governance and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, privacy policies, and ethical guidelines in the collection, storage, and use of data assets.
- Supervises the documentation of data pipelines, models, and processes, ensuring clarity, maintainability, and effective knowledge transfer within the team and across departments.




- Leads troubleshooting efforts for data quality issues, conducting root cause analysis and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions.
- Partners with business teams to understand their data needs and challenges, translating requirements into well-defined technical specifications and actionable data solutions.
- Provides strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on data and AI initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and emerging trends to drive competitive advantage and business growth.
