Position Overview

The
Sourcing & Operations Analyst
supports two key areas of the business:
- Sourcing & Contracting Support for SGS - assisting with procurement activities, vendor coordination, contract administration, and data analysis.
- Operations & Administrative Support for U.S. Business Units - helping manage workflows, documentation, reporting, and communication.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

50% - Sourcing & Contracting Support (SGS)




- Manage the full sourcing lifecycle for India operations, including supplier identification, RFP/RFI execution, bid evaluation, and negotiation, while partnering with the manager on priorities and escalations.
- Negotiate contracts for assets, outsourced services, hardware, software/Cloud, and professional services in accordance with established procurement processes, approval requirements, and delegated authority.
- Maintain India-specific contract templates, standard terms, compliance requirements, and supporting documentation to enable consistent and efficient contract execution.
- Support vendor due diligence, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance activities by coordinating required documentation, reviews, and follow-up actions.
- Analyze cost data, evaluate supplier proposals, and support total cost of ownership (TCO) modeling to inform sourcing recommendations and business decisions.
