Job Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance & Testing Engineer with experience in Electrical Control Panels used for Process Automation. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all control panels meet quality standards, customer specifications, and applicable electrical standards through thorough inspection and testing before dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspection and testing of Electrical Control Panels before dispatch.
- Verify panel wiring as per electrical drawings, GA drawings, and schematics.
- Conduct continuity, insulation resistance (IR), and functional testing of control panels.
- Inspect panel components including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, MCCBs, MCBs, relays, contactors, terminal blocks, power supplies, and other electrical devices.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, internal quality procedures, and applicable standards.
- Identify wiring defects, component issues, and workmanship errors, and coordinate with production for corrective actions.
- Prepare test reports, inspection records, punch lists, and quality documentation.




- Coordinate with design, production, and commissioning teams to resolve quality related issues.
- Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and customer inspections. Ensure all panels are tested and approved before dispatch.
- Maintain calibration records of testing instruments and ensure proper usage of electrical testing equipment.
- Follow safety procedures while performing electrical inspections and testing.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience:
- 1-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Testing, or Inspection of Electrical Control Panels or Industrial Automation Systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layout drawings.
- Knowledge of PLC-based control panels, VFD panels, MCC panels, PCC panels, and process automation systems.
