Role Overview

As a Presales Consultant at Keka HR, you will be the technical and domain expert during the sales cycle. You will engage with prospective customers, understand their HR / people‑ops challenges, map those to Keka’s product/features, conduct demos or proofs of concept, and enable the sales team to close deals. You’ll act as a bridge between Product, Sales, and Customers, ensuring the proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with customer needs.

Key Responsibilitie

sConduct discovery sessions / workshops with prospects to understand their HR systems, process workflows, technology workplace, business needs, and pain points.Map prospect requirements to Keka’s product modules / marketplace / integration capabilities / APIs & propose tailored solutions.Deliver product demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts (POCs),



and custom demos that illustrate how Keka can solve customer problems.Support the sales team in responding to RFIs, RFPs, and other technical proposal requests.Create technical proposals, statements of work (SoWs), and commercial documentation as needed.Clarify non‑functional requirements: infrastructure, security, compliance, data migration, integrations, etc.Liaise with Product and Engineering teams to gather inputs, clarify feature gaps, and feed back customer requirements.Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape in HR tech / HRMS / SaaS, best practices, to position product differentiators effectively.Communicate value propositions clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders (HR leaders, Finance, IT, etc.).Track leads / presales pipeline, ensure documentation is updated in CRM or internal tools.Occasionally assist in post‑sales handover to ensure smooth transition from presales to implementation
