The National Institute of Education and Development (NIED), an NSDC-authorized training partner, is inviting applications from experienced Freelance Technical Experts to support the recruitment and technical assessment of trainers for Skill Development Projects across North India.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical interviews for trainer positions.
- Evaluate candidates' technical knowledge and practical skills.
- Recommend suitable candidates for hiring.
- Support the HR team in technical screening and selection.
- Provide expert guidance on trainer competency and industry standards.

Eligibility
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant industry or training experience.
- Experience in Skill Development/NSDC/PMKVY/CSR projects is preferred.
- ToT Certified Trainers, SSC Assessors, and retired industry professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent technical knowledge and communication skills.

Engagement Type
- Freelance / Consultant (On-call)
- Per Interview / Per Day / Project Basis
