Job Summary
The Client Relationship Officer (CRO) will manage existing hospital and diagnostic centre clients, ensure smooth reporting coordination, monitor Turnaround Time (TAT), handle escalations, and maintain strong long-term client relationships to support retention and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain regular communication with assigned clients.
• Ensure TAT compliance (including emergency and night cases).
• Coordinate between radiologists and client centres.
• Resolve operational and service-related issues.
• Support client retention and service expansion.
Eligibility
• Graduate (Healthcare / Business preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare or client servicing.
• Good communication skills in English (mandatory).
