Role Description
The Operations Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Shahjahanpur. The Operations Manager will oversee daily logistics and supply chain activities, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring transport and inventory workflows. This role includes managing teams, assigning resources, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to operational standards and safety regulations.



The Operations Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve issues, optimize processes, and support implementation of technology solutions. Responsibilities also include reporting on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency and service quality.
