The ideal candidate has to be skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to plan, design & oversee construction & maintenance of building structures & infrastructure projects. The candidate will insure that projects are completed on time, within budget & in compliance with safety & quality standars. By utilizing strong organizational and communication skills, this candidate will also have the ability to execute a project based on the criteria outlined.

Responsibilities
- Plan, Design, supervise construction projects such as building roads, etc.
- Conduct site investigations & feasibility studies.
- Prepare project estimates, budgets & timelines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations & building codes.
- Manage & coordinate with contractors, architects & stake holders.
- Review & approve technical drawings & plans
- Monitor project progress & prepare reports
- Solve in office issues & provide technical guidance.
- Billing, Site - Measurement.




- Work closely with project managers to establish project timelines and designs
- Develop diagrams and visual aids and prepare design specifications
- Execute project based on outlined criteria.

Required Skills:
- Strong Knowledge of Construction methods & materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCad, MS Office, & other Engineering Software, Ms Project.
- Good project management & problem solving skills.
- strong communication & team work abilities.
- Attention to detail & analytical thinking.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Tech)
- 3-5 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permitting
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills.
- Relevant certifications (optional but prefered).
