Key Responsibilities
- Develop a risk-based test strategy, plan test procedures and author test cases based on PRD, Field Failures and DFMEA documents.
- Develop and Maintain Validation Test Plan for subsystems (like wiring harness, peripherals, Horm, Buzzer, lamps, VCU, MCU, BMS).
- Provide expertise in Functionality, Safety and regulatory compliance.
- To prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, component owners, product and quality assurance to define test plans and acceptance criteria.

Ideal Candidate
- 2 to 4 years of experience in the validation/testing workplace.
- Proficiency in developing detailed validation plans & reports based on functional and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of testing and failure identification.
- Develop test setups, select instrumentation, and ensure accurate data acquisition using tools such as PCAN, LabVIEW, or NI DAQ.
- Expertise in identifying risks in the component and feeding them to the CFTs and also suggest mitigation plans.
- Document all test results and prepare detailed technical reports for internal and external team reviews.
