Practice Lead – Capital Markets Operations & Transformation

Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Practice Lead to drive growth, transformation, and innovation within the Capital Markets Operations practice. The role involves leading large-scale transformation programs, developing industry solutions and offerings, driving business growth, and enabling future-ready operating models leveraging Digital, AI/ML, Automation, Data Modernization, and emerging technologies such as Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Capital Markets Operations practice across clients and business units.
- Define and execute practice strategy, transformation roadmap, and innovation initiatives.
- Drive enterprise transformation programs using Digital, AI/ML, Automation, Data, and Agentic AI.
- Develop industry solutions, frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets.
- Support business development through solutioning, RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, and strategic pursuits.




- Design future-state operating models and identify transformation opportunities for clients.
- Drive operational excellence, process optimization, and innovation initiatives.
- Mentor consulting and transformation teams while acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in Capital Markets Operations.
- Strong domain expertise in one or more areas: Investment Banking, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Alternatives (PE/Private Credit/REIT), or Custody & Securities Operations.
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs and practice-building initiatives.
- Robust understanding of AI/ML, Digital Transformation, Automation, and emerging technologies.
- Experience in consulting, solutioning, sales enablement, and business development.
