We're looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Reservation Executive to manage room bookings, guest inquiries, and ensure a smooth check-in experience for our guests at
Manas Resort & Petting Zoo.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle room bookings via phone, email, website, and OTA platforms.
- Respond to queries, provide room options, rates, packages, and confirm bookings promptly.
- Ensure optimal room occupancy by managing inventory and coordinating with FO team.
- Handle advance payments, cancellations, and refunds as per policy.
- Track booking trends, generate daily reports for management.
- Ensure guests have a seamless experience pre-arrival and during stay.
- Work with Front Desk, F&B;, and other teams for guest requests.




- Contribute to driving sales through effective upselling and promoting resort offerings.

Requirements:
- Relevant experience in 3-star/4-star hotels or resorts preferred.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and teamwork.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi.
- 1 month notice/Immediate joiners will be given preference.
