Role Description

Location: Siliguri, West Bengal (in office)

The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Siliguri,



responsible for overseeing daily operational activities across multiple advertising and branding projects. This role coordinates planning, scheduling, and execution of OOH, BTL, retail branding, signage, and promotional campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to client requirements and quality standards. The Operations Manager monitors resource allocation, vendor and partner performance, logistics across urban and rural locations, and compliance with safety and company policies. The role also involves tracking project budgets, optimizing processes, preparing operational reports, and collaborating closely with account management, creative, and field teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations. The Operations Manager contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and supports leadership in scaling regional operations.
