IOS Relocations a 30+ year organization is looking for a Head of Operations to lead and unify our operations across all three regions. This is a senior, high-impact leadership role reporting directly to MD and CEO owning strategy, execution, and P&L-level; accountability across geographies.

What you'll own:

? End-to-end operational leadership across all 3 regions, driving one unified operating model

? Building scalable processes, systems, and governance to support rapid growth

? Leading regional operations leaders and cross-functional teams toward shared KPIs

? Partnering with leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and performance

? Driving efficiency, cost optimization, and operational excellence at scale

? Acting as the connective tissue between regional execution and global strategy

What we're looking for:

✅ 10+ years in operations leadership, with multi-region/global exposure





✅ Proven experience leading through other leaders (not just individual contributors)

✅ Solid command of operational metrics, process design, and systems thinking

✅ Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on execution levels

✅ Exceptional stakeholder management across cultures, time zones, and functions
