Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive (US Process)

Location: Trichy (In office)

Night Shift : 06.30 PM - 03.30 AM IST (US Shift)
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in US Accounting/ Immediate joiners preferred

Note : Only US Market Experienced candidates are eligible to apply for this role.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end US accounting operations and support our finance team. Candidates from Trichy or nearby locations are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) for US clients
- Process invoices, vendor payments, and payroll
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reviews
- Support monthly closing and financial reporting
- Work on QuickBooks and other US accounting tools
- Coordinate with US clients during overlapping hours

Eligibility
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in US Accounting / Bookkeeping




- Strong expertise in QuickBooks and US accounting processes
- Excellent English communication and reporting skills
- High accuracy, ownership, and ability to meet deadlines
