Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager role based in Jodhpur. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in the assigned territory, build and maintain strong relationships with schools, distributors, and other educational partners, and drive revenue growth for the company’s textbook portfolio.



Daily responsibilities include meeting with school decision-makers, presenting and promoting relevant titles, managing order processing and follow-ups, and monitoring stock levels with distributors. The role involves planning and executing sales strategies, tracking market trends and competitor activities, organizing promotional activities such as book launches or teacher workshops, and preparing regular sales reports. The Area Sales Manager will collaborate closely with regional offices and the head office to ensure alignment with overall sales targets and brand standards.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in publishing, education, FMCG, or related sectors, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong relationship-building and customer management skills, including experience engaging with schools, institutions, or key accounts.
