SAM Lead




is the accountable owner for the software asset lifecycle across on‑prem, virtualized, and cloud/SaaS estates. You will
design, run, and continuously improve
SAM services on
ServiceNow SAM Pro
—from discovery and normalization through reconciliation, optimization, reclamation, and retirement—while partnering with Procurement, Security, Finance/FinOps, and Application Owners to reduce risk and optimize spend. The ideal candidate has
deep, hands‑on configuration experience
in SAM Pro and can navigate
complex publisher licensing
(IBM PVU, Oracle DB/Java & Options, Microsoft Server/CAL & Core, SAP Named‑User, Adobe/Autodesk, VMware, Red Hat, Salesforce/M365), translating those models into actionable controls, dashboards, and runbooks.
