Role:

You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, stability, and performance of applications through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes. You will lead the QA team, establish testing strategies, and implement both manual and automated testing frameworks to deliver bug-free, secure, and high-performing products.

Key Responsibilities

1.Testing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate functionality, performance, security, and compatibility.
- Define and implement QA strategies for both manual and automated testing.
- Ensure the app functions as intended by thoroughly testing for bugs, glitches, and inconsistencies.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to guarantee compatibility.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to understand project requirements and create accurate test cases.

2.Manual & Automated Testing
- Manual Testing:

1. Perform end-to-end, exploratory, and regression testing.
2. Identify and report bugs,



inconsistencies, and performance issues.
- Automated Testing:

1. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
2. Ensure continuous integration of automated tests in CI/CD pipelines.
- API Testing:

1. Use Postman to test and validate API endpoints.
2. Verify data integrity, response times, and error handling.

3.Performance & Security Testing
- Load and Stress Testing:

1. Conduct load testing using tools like JMeter or K6.
2. Identify bottlenecks and measure system stability under stress.
- Security Testing:

1. Perform vulnerability scans and penetration testing.
2. Identify security loopholes and collaborate with the DevOps team to fix them.

4.Bug Tracking & Reporting
- Identify, document, and report bugs using Jira, Bugzilla, or Trello.
- Create detailed bug reports with steps to reproduce, screenshots, and severity ratings.
