Job Summary

We are seeking a
Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)
to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions for enterprise customers. This is a hands-on engineering role that combines software development, AI systems, cloud infrastructure, and customer engagement. You will work closely with customer engineering teams to integrate AI into real-world business workflows while driving successful production deployments and continuously improving system performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end technical delivery from solution design through production deployment.
- Design scalable AI systems optimized for reliability, latency, accuracy, and cost.
- Build production-ready applications including AI agents, conversational AI, RAG pipelines, developer tooling, and enterprise integrations.
- Develop integration scripts,



backend services, platform configurations, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Work closely with customer engineering teams on infrastructure, deployment, and integration requirements.
- Design evaluation frameworks, define success metrics, and continuously optimize AI system performance.
- Support multiple customer engagements across different industries and business use cases.
- Collaborate with internal Product and Research teams by sharing customer insights to influence future product enhancements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience (adaptable for exceptional candidates).
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience building production backend services.
- Solid understanding of:
