Role Description
The Business Development Manager role at Catalyst Education is a full-time, on-site position based in Manjeri. The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop partnerships with schools, colleges, and corporate organizations, and expand Catalyst’s presence in the local and regional market. Day-to-day activities include meeting prospective clients, presenting program offerings,



managing the sales pipeline, negotiating agreements, and achieving enrollment and revenue targets. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align outreach strategies, organize events and seminars, and gather market feedback to refine offerings. This role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, preparing regular performance reports, and representing Catalyst Education in a professional and engaging manner.

Qualifications
