Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas
1. BIM Model Development
- Develop and refine complex 3D models using industry-standard BIM tools.
- Ensure that models are detailed, accurate, and comply with project-specific requirements.

- Conduct regular checks to ensure models meet project standards and expectations.
- Address issues related to model compliance and accuracy proactively.

Qualifications and Skills Expected
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Proficiency
- Advanced 3D modeling skills using software like Autodesk Revit,or similar tools.
- Familiarity with coordination and clash detection tools such as Navisworks or BIM 360.
