Finance & Audit Trainee (Training Provided) – Chandigarh

Job Type: Full-Time, Trainee/Internship-to-Hire
Location: Chandigarh (On-site)
Stipend: ₹7,500/month (negotiable based on experience/qualification)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Duration: 6 months training period, with potential for full-time absorption

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Finance & Audit Trainees. This is a great opportunity for freshers, early-career candidates, and CA students (including those seeking articleship) to gain hands-on experience in finance and audit functions. Full training will be provided — no prior work experience is required, though a solid foundation in accounting/finance concepts is preferred.

What You'll Learn & Do
- Support audit processes
- Help with reconciliation of accounts (bank, vendor, ledger)
- Learn to prepare financial statements and reports
- Assist in compliance and documentation work
- Support the finance team in month-end/year-end closing activities
- Gain exposure to audit checklists, working papers,



and reporting formats

Who We're Looking For
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA Finance)
- CA students seeking articleship are welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and MS Excel
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Valuable communication and analytical skills
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
