At MediaX, we’re looking for a strategic thinker who can lead brands beyond day-to-day account management.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands brand building, campaign strategy, content, production, and client growth—while ensuring exceptional execution across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic thinking across campaigns, product launches, retainers, and brand communication.

• Drive stronger campaign ideas, cultural relevance, and platform-first creative thinking.

• Mentor Account Executives and Account Managers on strategy, campaign planning, and creative direction.

• Own key brand moments including launches, collaborations, shoots, and integrated campaigns.

• Ensure proactive planning across content calendars, production schedules, and execution timelines.

• Maintain oversight across account management, creative, content, production, and execution teams.

• Identify operational gaps and improve cross-functional collaboration.

• Supervise content production to ensure every deliverable aligns with the approved strategy and creative vision.





• Be comfortable representing client brands and MediaX on camera whenever required.

• Identify opportunities for business growth through strategic recommendations and additional services.

• Contribute to recent business pitches, strategic presentations, and agency growth initiatives.
