? Urgent Hiring | Director – Supply Chain, Inventory Planning & Logistics

Are you a seasoned supply chain professional with hands-on experience in Walmart Retail Link, Target Retail Operations, Inventory Planning, and Global Logistics?

We're hiring a Director – Supply Chain, Inventory Planning & Logistics to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for a fast-growing beauty brand.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead purchasing, supplier management, and purchase order execution.

✅ Drive demand forecasting and inventory planning.

✅ Manage Walmart Retail Link reporting, forecasting, and replenishment.

✅ Oversee Target retail supply chain operations and vendor compliance.

✅ Optimize inventory across retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and international channels.

✅ Manage warehouses, 3PL partners, and domestic & international logistics.

✅ Plan inventory allocation and fulfillment for international distributors.





✅ Minimize stockouts, reduce excess inventory, and improve operational efficiency.

✅ Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Production, and Operations teams.

✅ Monitor KPIs and implement continuous process improvements.

What We're Looking For

✔ Robust experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, and Logistics.

✔ Hands-on expertise with Walmart Retail Link and Target retail operations.

✔ Proven experience in demand forecasting, replenishment planning, purchasing, and inventory optimization.

✔ Experience managing multiple warehouses, ERP systems, and international logistics.

✔ Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
