Job Description:

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager who combines strong program leadership with solid technical expertise. The ideal candidate will drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, align business and technology strategy, and ensure successful delivery of complex software programs.

This role requires hands-on understanding of architecture, system design, and contemporary technology stacks, along with strong stakeholder management and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Management

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team technical programs.

Define program roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.

Drive execution through Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies.

Monitor KPIs, budget, resource allocation, and timelines.

Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery aligned with business goals.

Should be able to use Jira to drive the projects and derive metrics

Technical Leadership

Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture,



and Product teams to define scalable solutions.

Good knowledge and hands on experience on LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, MCP, NLP

Review system architecture, API design, integration patterns, and data flows.

Understand and guide teams working on technological stack.

Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Support modernization, automation, and performance optimization initiatives.

Stakeholder & Governance

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Present program updates to leadership with clear status, risks, and financial metrics.

Manage vendor coordination and cross-functional dependencies.

Drive governance frameworks and compliance standards.

Risk & Quality Management

Proactively identify program-level risks and bottlenecks.

Establish quality gates, release planning, and deployment oversight.

Ensure production readiness and smooth go-live transitions.
