About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, forward-thinking AI Finance Lead .. This is not a bookkeeping role, we need someone who deeply understands the financial landscape, can read and interpret P&L; statements and balance sheets, and is equally excited about leveraging Artificial Intelligence to transform how finance functions operate.

You will be the internal champion for AI-led finance transformation, starting by building a robust pilot within the Finance function and then scaling learnings across other internal business units. Key Responsibilities

Finance Strategy & Oversight
- Interpret and analyze P&L; statements, balance sheets, and financial reports to provide strategic insights to leadership.
- Monitor financial health indicators, cash flow trends, and key performance metrics across the organization.
- Partner with business units to translate financial data into actionable strategy — not to record transactions, but to drive decisions.




- Provide forward-looking financial commentary, scenario modelling, and variance analysis.

AI Tools & Finance Transformation
- Identify, evaluate, and implement AI tools relevant to finance — including forecasting, anomaly detection, spend analytics, and FP&A; automation.
- Map current finance workflows and proactively identify use cases where AI can drive efficiency, accuracy, or insight.
- Build and own the Finance AI Transformation Roadmap, from use-case prioritization through to pilot execution and outcomes tracking.
- Stay current on AI certifications, emerging tools, and best practices in the financial services and FinTech space.

Pilot & Scale
- Lead the end-to-end AI pilot within the Finance function, define KPIs, manage implementation, measure ROI, and iterate.
